AUTHORIZATION OF DATA PROCESSING As per Art.13 of legislative decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we inform you that the personal data you submitted to Luxottica S.p.A. will be treated in respect of current legislation and with all the instruments suitable to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of the information. By personal data processing, we mean their collection, registration, organisation, conservation, consultation, computing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, notification and destruction, or the combination of two or more of these operations. The data supplied will also be managed by electronic supports and may be processed by companies, bodies or consortia that supply this Company with services connected to recruitment and selection. Lastly, please note that as per Art. 7 of the above mentioned provision, you may at any time consult, integrate, change or delete your data, or oppose - in whole or part - to their use, by writing to Luxottica S.p.A., or by sending an e-mail to privacy@luxottica.com.
